How can I contact customer support?

What are your business hours?

We will try to respond back to your questions from 6 to 10 PM every day.
What is your production and shipping times?
Shipping policy: 

These are our average shipping time:

USA: 2-8 Business days on premade designs
USA: 5-14 Business days on custom designs

In addition, please allow 2-5 business days for production as each item is made to order.

Note: During holidays, our productions times can be up to 3 additional days to the production times above.

Do you print other images besides cars?

Yes! We can print any image you would like us to. We specifically design ourselves car images but that won't stop us from printing anything you want onto our products! As some examples, we can print family photos, pets, nature photos, or simply just your favorite photos!

Disclaimer: please make sure to upload appropriate images. Images with mass gore or nudity will not be printed. Refer to the terms of service section 20 for more information.
What orientations can I print my images?
Most products you can print in both vertical/ portrait and horizontal/ landscape. Occasionally you can get away with sending in a vertical/ portrait image for a landscape only print, such as the mousepads. However, if we can not fit that specific image, we will ask for a few more pictures. Please upload 1-3 images at minimum, so we can make sure we print the best option.
How do I upload my images on your custom collection?
Process of printing my image:

  1. Find the product/s that you want to print on using our custom collection.
  2. Attach your images to the "choose file" button above check out
  3. Please make sure you send in images corresponding to the orientation of the product you chose!
  4. Once payment has been processed, we will start working on printing your image!
  5. We increase the resolutions on all low quality images you send us (including mobile pictures)
  6. If you chose the graphic design image, before we start printing our in house graphic designer works on your design.
  7. Then we upload it into our systems and the printing begins!
  8. Once the print is finished, we will ship your products!

Can I send low quality images for your custom collection?
Yes, you can upload low quality images to us to print. We have programs to assist us to enhance the resolutions to print as close to 300 DPI as possible. Meaning we'll get your images printed at the highest quality.

However, we do require that you upload professional pictures to our graphic design option, since we want to create the best possible edit we can provide!
Can you do a custom background for my car?
 As of now we have discontinued taking any more custom background  for orders and only want to finish fulfilling orders that were previously taken. We are only offering graphic designs such as collage and poster styles through our custom collection

However, you can send us a message saying which cars you would like to see in the future as we develop more designs! Please use the format (Year/Make/Model/Color) and what type of style of backgrounds you would like to see.
What is a french cleat mount for 3 piece acrylics?
French cleats work like this: You have a piece of wood with a 45 degree angle on the wall, pointing up. Then you have another 45 degree angle board that you can slip in and it stays put.
